Teutonic training for Indian Cyclists

Team with Shri Onkar SinghIt has been a great opportunity for Indian Cyclists with support of M/s Honda Motorcycles and Scooters India Private Limited that for the first time in the history of cycling Sports 9 riders in Senior & Junior category and 2 Coaches departed for a ten month training Camp held in association with German Cycling Federation at Cottbus, Germany

Top Indian riders including Ms. Deborah, Ms. Aleena Reji, and Ms. Sushikala Agashe,  who recently won medals in Junior Asian Cycling Championship at New Delhi are part of the eleven members Indian squad.

German Cycling Federation has extended its support to train our riders with their elite team and also to participate in the upcoming competitions held in and around the German territory. It can be contributed to the efforts of Sh. Onkar Singh, Newly elected Secretary General of Asian Cycling Confederation and with the support of Sports Authority of India and Honda Motorcycles and Scooters India Private Limited.

The cyclists namely Ms. Aleena Reji, Ms. Sushikala Agashe, Mr. R. K Sharma as a Coachand Ms. I. Goutamani Devi as a Lady Coach will be participating in the Junior World Championship to be held on 23rd to 27th August 2017 at Italy and would proceed directly from Cottbus.

The Honda Motorcycles and Scooters India Private Limited have partnered the Cycling Federation of India in the venture of excellence and would be supporting the Indian cyclists in preparation for Asian Games, Common Wealth Games with final goal of qualification of Olympic Games 2020.
